Our Vision

We believe that separation and divorce can be a new beginning for independent mothers. It is an opportunity to re-evaluate life, rediscover who they are and rejuvenate their lifestyle through adopting a positive mindset. By building resilience and confidence, independent mothers can stop surviving and start thriving by taking control of their life and striding forwards to grasp the future they desire.

Our mission is to empower independent mothers to build a healthier and more prosperous future for themselves and their children.

Our Core Values

We change lives

We change lives of our clients, their families and the wider community. We support the UN Global goal for Good Health and Well-being and support mental health work with children and young people in the UK.

We are solution-focused

We are focused on achieving the best possible outcome for our clients and will be creative to find the right solution tailored to our clients needs.

We are positive

We encourage our clients to think positive and be positive about their life and future. Our Independent Mama community thrives on sharing recovery journeys and celebrating achievements.

We are brave

We help our clients to build resilience and take bold steps to make significant positive changes in all aspects of their lives from love, family, social, and career.

We are empowering

We empower our clients to take control of their lives and redesign their own future, setting them realistic goals and supporting them to achieve them.

We don’t give up

We don’t give up on our clients and will always find a way to support them whatever issues they are facing so they can rise up and move forwards.

We care

We care deeply about our clients and achieving the best possible outcome. We understand the challenges facing independent mothers and will go the extra mile to take our clients through a successful recovery journey.

Our Contribution

At The Independent Mamas we believe that we have a responsibility to contribute towards making a positive impact on society. In 2015, the United Nations created 17 Global Goals for Sustainable Development for the proceeding 15 years. If these goals are successfully achieved, it would bring an end to extreme poverty, inequality and climate change by 2030. While we support all 17 goals, as a life coaching company supporting families to create better futures for themselves, our services are focused on goal #3 Good Health and Well-being.

In addition to serving our clients, The Independent Mamas will also be supporting UK charities who fight for children and young people’s mental health.
